Eligibility

The sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who sign up via the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the EU, Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable national, regional, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Entries will be accepted online starting on November 28, 2025 at 00:00 and ending on January 18, 2026 at 23:59. All times are local time in Southwest Finland.

Early Entry Bonuses

The number of entries you receive per euro spent depends on when your purchase is made:

• November 28, 2025 (00:00–23:59): each €1 spent = 3 entries
  
  
• November 29, 2025 – December 7, 2025: each €1 spent = 2 entries
  
  
• From December 8, 2025 through January 18, 2026: each €1 spent = 1 entry
  
  

How to Enter

Participation is made by purchasing products from the Grumblo Shop online store during the Sweepstakes Period. Each euro (€1) spent grants you entries based on the applicable time period (see Early Entry Bonuses above).

Multiple orders using the same email address are allowed, and each order increases your chances of winning.

There is no alternative free method of entry for this Sweepstakes.

Prizes

The grand prize is a 2008 BMW 335iX Touring (E91) with an estimated retail value of €13,000.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to transportation, travel, registration, insurance, taxes, and any other fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be claimed and collected by the winner in Laitila, Finland, at the winner’s own expense. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others, or request for the cash equivalent by the winner, is permitted.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor, on or about January 19, 2026.

The winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following the winner selection. Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, junk mail, other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return any required declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable laws and these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo), anyone acting on behalf of Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo), and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law and without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry and your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation.

Public Display of Leaderboard Entries

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that a masked version of your email address (for example, john@gmail.com may appear as john) may be publicly displayed on a giveaway leaderboard to show your standing based on the number of entries earned through purchases.

This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining transparency and fairness in the promotion, in line with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Your data will only be displayed in a way that minimizes identifiability and will be retained for the duration of the Sweepstakes and for a reasonable period thereafter.

You retain the right to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at shop@grumblo.com. Please note that deletion of certain data may affect your eligibility or standing in the giveaway.

Terms

Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) may select the recipient(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo).

Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Terms & Conditions.

Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user using different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Voxatech Media Oy (Grumblo) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

1. Your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;
   
   
2. Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;
   
   
3. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone, mobile, or Internet service;
   
   
4. Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
   
   
5. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
   
   

Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF FINLAND AND SOUTHWEST FINLAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Southwest Finland having jurisdiction.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
